Ages & Stages Developmental & Social/Emotional Questionnaire
Are you curious about how your child is developing or growing emotionally? With the support of a trained Families First staff member, complete a
family-friendly screening for developmental or social/emotional milestones in young children.

Kids Have Stress Too
This is a workshop that helps parents and caregivers better understand childhood stress and how to provide children with the tools to deal with stress more effectively. We talk about the signs, symptoms and strategies to helpour children deal with stress.

Triple P: Positive Parenting Programs
Triple P Seminar Series
Come out to this 2 hour workshop and take away some practical parenting ideas. Seminar topics are:

- Raising Confident and Competent Children

Triple P Discussion group
Discussion groups are 2 hour sessions that offer practical advice to parents dealing with specific behaviors. The sessions available are:
- Dealing with Disobedience
- Bedtime Routines
- Managing Fighting and Aggression
- Hassle Free Shopping with Children
Triple P Tip Sheets
Tip Sheets are for parents who would like to focus on one area of parenting. See the list of "Tip Sheet" topics we have available.
Triple P Group
This group is 8 weeks long, 5 in-class and 3 telephone sessions. Parents are asked to set specific goals for their family and learn practical tools to reach those goals.
